1000 Mountains

Flexisoft partnered with 1000 Mountains, a fruit packaging business, to build a solution that addressed a very specific set of challenges in tracking product quality and managing inventory. Before our engagement, 1000 Mountains relied on manual tracking and paperwork to monitor carton-level defects and inventory across their packaging facilities. As their operation scaled, this approach struggled to provide the visibility and responsiveness needed to maintain quality and traceability. Enter Flexisoft

We worked directly with their operations team to design a lightweight, cloud-based tool for smartphones and tablets. This solution allowes users on the packaging floor to:

  • Upload photos of defective fruit directly from their phones
  • Track production from Lots to Primary Cartons to Individual Cartons
  • Automatically generate and print barcodes for each unit
  • View defect trends across product lines and shifts

This tool brought clarity and accountability to a fast-moving environment. For the first time, operators, supervisors, and managers could see the status of inventory and quality issues in real time—without relying on spreadsheets or verbal handoffs.
